SHIPPING & RETURNS

ENJOY FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $125 EVERY DAY
We thank you for shopping with us. If for some reason you need to return an item, you have 30 Days from receiving your tracked package to return it. As long as it is unused with tags attached, in the same condition that you received it, and is in its original packaging.
To complete your return:
- Go to https://gracehealth.myreturnscenter.com/
- You will be notified by email if your order is eligible for return.
- Once the order is received in our warehouse and has been inspected as an eligible return, your refund will be processed minus a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days of receiving the package, if 7 business days have gone and you haven't received your approved refund, please contact your bank first.
After 30 days, if you wish to return an item we can only offer you an exchange or store credit. Send us an email to email@example.com Subject: "Exchange"
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 7 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Embroidered items can not be exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, and that item is in stock, please go to https://gracehealth.myreturnscenter.com/
You may cancel a paid order up to 8 hours after purchase during business hours, no questions asked. If you decide to cancel your order after 8 hours have gone by of placing the order, you will not be eligible for a refund until the items have shipped to you and you have gone through the process of our RETURN POLICY (See above). Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed on the following business day. Keep in mind we are closed and do not process online orders on Saturday, Sunday or Major Holidays.
Embroidered items are not eligible to be refunded or exchanged.
Please note that once you place your it takes our system up to 24-48 hours to process the actual payment. Then your item is shipped out 5-7 BUSINESS days from processed payment time (sometimes sooner). Turnaround time for online orders can be up to 7-10 business days. If you need to receive your order within 2 days or less, that is not an option unless it is a local delivery or it has been specified in the description section of that item.

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live in the US, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
