SHIPPING & RETURNS

ENJOY FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $99 EVERY DAY
We thank you for shopping with us. If for some reason you need to return an item, you have 30 Days from receiving your tracked package to return it. All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags.
Please Note: All Returns or Exchanges are at the cost of the customer unless Grace Health Scrubs made an error leading to the customer needing to return items.
Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. We will, however, exchange items with no additional shipping/processing charges.
The process to initiate a return or exchange is below:
- Go to https://gracehealth.myreturnscenter.com/
- Enter in your checkout email address and the 4-digit Grace Health Scrubs order number(not the Afterpay order number)
- You will be notified by email within 24 hours if your order is eligible for return.
- You will then mail back items at your own expense
- Once the order is received in our warehouse and has been inspected as an eligible return, your refund will be processed minus a 15% restocking fee.(please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be added back to the original payment method)
- If exchanging an item, GHS will ship out new items at no additional cost to customer once original items received.
- Please allow 14 business days to process your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus 15% restocking fee will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days of Grace Health Scrubs receiving the package. If 10 business days have gone and you haven't received your approved refund, please contact your bank first.
After 30 days of delivery of your tracked item, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 10 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only pay return shipping and replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange items for a different size or color if it is in stock within in 30 days of receipt of tracked items. Customer is responsible for Shipping costs sending items back to warehouse.
Items That Can Not Be Exchanged or Returned
Embroidered garments are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment.
Due to health codes, support and fashion hosiery may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.
You may cancel a paid order up to 8 hours after purchase during business hours, during Monday-Friday (excluding the holiday or weekends) no questions asked. If you decide to cancel your order after 8 hours have gone by of placing the order, you will not be eligible for a refund until the items have shipped to you and you have gone through the process of our RETURN POLICY (See above).
Orders placed after 5:30 pm on Friday will be processed on the following business day. Keep in mind we are closed and do not process online orders on Saturday, Sunday or Major Holidays.
GENERAL SHIPPING/ ORDER PROCESS
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Orders placed after 5:30 pm will not be processed until Monday (excluding holidays)
Please note that once you place your order it takes our system up to 24 hours to process the actual payment.
Then your item is shipped out within 7-10 BUSINESS days from processed payment time (most times a lot sooner).
Please note that your order will be sourced from the Warehouse that will ship your items to you the quickest. This may be from the Grace Health Scrubs Warehouse or the Manufacturers/Brand warehouse. This may cause you to receive more than one package or tracking number. You will receive a tracking number for every package that is sent to you. Always check your spam folder if you have not heard from us regarding shipping updates.

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus 15% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live in the US, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service such as USPS or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
